How long will it take to receive my order? 

Every Genius at Play piece is custom-made. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. If you need your order soon, send us a message - we'll do our best to make it happen. 

 

Can I request specific colors or gemstones? 

Yes! You can choose your gemstone from the options on the product page. If you have something more specific in mind, feel free to reach out - we love co-creating magic. 

 

What materials do you use? 

Our jewelry is made with stainless steel, pearls (signature stone) and a curated mix of natural and glass gemstone crystals. We choose each element for its durability, aesthetic and vibes. 

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Because each piece is made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged or isn't quite right, reach out - we'll make it right. 

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid water, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Store your piece in the jewelry box provided and try to take if out before sleeping to keep it looking super fresh. 

 

Where is Genius@Play based? 

Our studio is based in Brooklyn, NY - every piece is handmade here with lots of love, intention and genius ;) 

 

Where does the 5% donation go?

Currently 5% of proceeds will be donated to the Women in Need Shelter NYC, which supports women, children and families through housing, care and community. We believe that brilliance should give back. Your purchase helps us get there.
